We hope that you take a little time to learn about SPRED and enjoy your visit.

Queen of Angels Parish has offered SPRED faith formation for individuals with developmental disabilities for over 30 years.  We, at  Queen's, have been fortunate to have the support, trust and blessing of wonderful priests throughout these years.

Currently, three faith communities meeting on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings offer the  opportunity to grow in faith through friendship in a very welcoming, peaceful environment in the second floor of the Parish Center.   Adults, 22 and over, are welcomed on Tuesday and Thursday and young adults ages 17 to 21 are welcomed on Wednesday evenings. 

It is our goal to welcome adults with  disabilities within our parish program and identify all other children from ages 6 to 16 to find a place for them in the nearest parish setting that is age appropriate.

Volunteers Needed
Our Wednesday SPRED Group is looking for volunteers interested in participating as a catechist to a SPRED friend.  This is the first year we have welcomed those aged 17 to 21 years old and have a definite need for help.  There are several openings available.
